To grant or change employee access levels, send an email to information@texasmutual.com or call our information services center at (800) 859-5995. Your email should include your agency code, the employee's name, and which online information the employee should have accesss to.
More Agent Services & Information
Information specialists Information specialists are available in the Information Services Center at (800) 859-5995 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. They have extensive insurance training and full access to policy information. They can answer agents' questions, fax copies of documents, and provide information to assist agents from the initial submission to issues that may come up during the balance of the policy period.

Regional teams Our regional teams include representatives from our Underwriting, Marketing, Loss Prevention, and Claim Services departments who are available to help educate your agency or your insureds on the benefits of Texas Mutual® workers’ compensation coverage. We have agency representatives in our Dallas, Houston, Lubbock and Austin regional offices.

Scholarship program We want to do more than just reduce the number of work-related accidents in Texas; we also want to help minimize their consequences. That's why Texas Mutual Insurance Company offers college scholarships to qualified family members of employees who die from on-the-job accidents or who have qualified for lifetime income benefits pursuant to the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act. The Texas Mutual® scholarship program provides up to $4,000 for tuition and fees and up to $500 for course-related books and supplies, per individual per semester or equivalent.

Underwriters We assign our underwriting teams by region to help develop a personal relationship with local agents and to help expedite the submission/quote process. The teams are based in our Austin, Dallas and Houston regional offices. Back to top
Financial stability Texas Mutual Insurance Company is financially strong and fiscally responsible, as shown in our 2007 annual report.

To ensure we "stay the course" for financial stability, we contract with independent auditors to review our progress each year. Last year, Deloitte & Touche LLP audited our financial statements, and Milliman USA reviewed our reserves.
Texas Mutual has been a member of the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association since January 1, 2000.
Workers' comp health care network option
Your customers with locations in network service areas are eligible for our certified workers' comp health care network option. The network option provides employers with the benefits of a provider network focused on getting injured employees well and back to work.
