Locate a Network Provider

If an employee suffers an on-the-job injury and meets certain conditions, the employee must select a treating doctor from among the doctors offered by the network. If the employee does not seek care within the network, he or she may be responsible for payment to non-network medical providers. This requirement does not apply to emergency treatment.

Treating Doctor Directory
To search for a Texas Star Network^® treating doctor, use the treating doctor directory or call (800) 381-8067.

Specialist and Treating Doctor Directory
NOTE: All non-emergency care for network claims must be coordinated through a treating doctor. If a specialist is needed, the injured employee should work with his or her treating doctor to get the appropriate referral.
