Update your employee rights and responsibilities notice
The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation published a new version of the Notice of Injured Employee Rights and Responsibilities in the Texas Workers’ Compensation System. The law requires employers to provide the document to injured workers when they file a first report of injury. Employers can download the new document in English and Español.

Learn more about the workers’ comp system
Workers’ comp system stakeholders can learn more about the system through the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) educational outreach program. TDI and third-party sponsors conduct workers’ comp classes on a variety of topics throughout the state.
