Groups earn dividends
Texas Mutual Insurance Company continued paying dividends to qualifying purchasing groups this summer. Texas Oil and Gas Association earned $1,789,062, Social Services Agencies of Texas earned $220,430, Emergency Service Organization earned $74,311, Lone Star Energy earned $46,397 and Texas Sign Association Comp Group, Inc. earned $20,255.
Group dividends are separate from the approximately $100 million of individual dividends Texas Mutual Insurance Company distributed among nearly 34,000 policyholders this summer. Many purchasing group members earned dividends under both programs.
Texas Mutual launches new
purchasing group
Texas Mutual Insurance Company has launched its Texas Association of Manufacturers (TAM) purchasing group. The group is open to most manufacturing class codes. TAM is an open group, which means any licensed Texas agent can submit a qualifying client for membership.
Lone Star Auto Dealers expands
The Lone Star Auto Dealers purchasing group expanded to include franchised motorcycle, RV and boat dealerships as well as franchised auto and truck dealerships. The classification codes for membership are 8391 and 8748. Any agent can submit a qualifying client for membership.
