Policy Issuance Notification by Email Now Available

In response to agents’ requests, Texas Mutual Insurance Company has launched its online policy issuance notification (OPIN) service. OPIN sends email notifications when your policies are ready to be retrieved from www.texasmutual.com. You can then download high-quality copies and email or mail them to your clients.

To start receiving email notifications:

1. Make sure you are registered to use Texas Mutual^® online services. If you are not, click here, and complete the free, online application.
2. Call the information services center at (800) 859-5995, or send an email to information@texasmutual.com. The email should include your agency code, the requester’s name and phone number, and the email address you want your notifications sent to.

Remember, if you select OPIN and download policies, you are responsible for forwarding them to your clients in email or printed form.
