New Tool Streamlines Online Account Management

Some companies hire celebrities to pitch their products. Texas Mutual Insurance Company believes that an endorsement from someone who actually uses our product carries a lot more weight.

"I've used a number of systems as system administrator for our agency," said Maggie Elfstrom of Rust, Ewing, Watt & Haney. "This is one of the easiest I've encountered. Kudos."

Elfstrom was among a group of agents who served as pilot testers for our new Texas Mutual® online self-administration tool.

Until now, if an agency wanted to make a change to their Texas Mutual® online account, they had to call our information service center. Now, they can use the self-administration tool to easily:

  • Create and remove user accounts
  • Reset passwords
  • Change user contact information
  • Change user access privileges
  • Review account maintenance activities

Agents who want to request self-administration access should complete and return the Agency Online Self-Administration Form located in the Agent Forms section at texasmutual.com.

The self-administration tool is one of many Texas Mutual® online services that make it easy to do business with us.

Agents can also visit texasmutual.com to request quotes, requotes and endorsements; create multiple-year loss runs; and review claim details, claim reserves and their clients' dividend history. Employers can report injuries, review claim details, view interim reports and report interim payroll.
