Greg Carter joined Texas Mutual in 2024 as the company's inaugural chief transformation officer. Mr. Carter has extensive experience leading large-scale business transformations, leveraging data, AI, cloud software and emerging technologies. He is passionate about developing strong cross-functional teams and recognizing that while technology is an enabler, successful transformations start with a focus on people and process change. Mr. Carter started his career as a U.S. Naval Officer, and holds an undergraduate degree from Duke University and a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
