Texas Mutual names new VP of Austin operations

We're excited to announce the promotion of John Grube to vice president of regional operations for Texas Mutual's Austin region.

John first joined Texas Mutual in 2013 and has built an impressive career across the organization over the past decade. Throughout his tenure, he has held a variety of roles, including underwriter, territory manager and underwriting supervisor, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the business from multiple perspectives. Most recently, he served as senior manager of agency operations, where he oversaw the management of the company's safety group programs, commission and incentive structures, the modernization of document delivery, and agency onboarding and licensing.

A 15-year industry veteran, John brings a compelling combination of strengths to the Austin region, including a proven ability to inspire and develop teams, a track record of building strong, trust-based partnerships and a deep understanding of Texas Mutual's culture and strategic priorities.

In his new role, John will direct and coordinate all regional office operations, including underwriting, claims, safety services, premium audit and business development. His breadth of experience across the organization makes him an ideal leader to drive growth and foster relationships in the Austin community.
