Ivans Download
As part of our commitment to supporting the success of our agent partners and making it easier to work with Texas Mutual, we’ve partnered with Ivans to offer agency download service. Ivans, an industry leader in insurance data management, helps agencies access up-to-date information, reduce manual data entry and reconcile commission statements more quickly and accurately.
Agencies using Ivans Download™ can now connect their agency management system to Texas Mutual to receive commission statement data automatically through a secure service.
Currently, we offer Direct Bill Commission Statement (DBCS) downloads through Ivans to help agencies automate their commission process and improve data accuracy. This service provides agencies with commission data in a standardized electronic format.
We’re working on expanding capabilities to offer additional information through Ivans Exchange in the future.
Agencies must be using Ivans and have an Ivans Y-Account number in order to access commission data shared by Texas Mutual.
Once the connection is set up, commission information will be delivered to your agency’s Ivans Exchange mailbox and routed to your agency management system on the 5th of each month.
For assistance with your Ivans Exchange, Y-Account or mailbox, contact the Ivans connections team at connections@ivans.com.
For questions about agency download setup, including how or where to enter information into the agency management system, contact your agency management system vendor.
If you have other questions about the set-up process, explore our Ivans FAQs below or contact Texas Mutual at agents@texasmutual.com.
