Helping agents save time with automated policy changes

We partner with agents across the state to provide coverage to over 70,000 businesses, and we’re committed to ensuring that you have the resources they need to serve our mutual clients. To help our agents save time, we’re happy to share that as of September, we have automated five of the most common policy changes.

We encourage you to submit policy changes through your online account for the quickest processing and service. To get started, log in to your TMO account. Search for your client’s policy, choose Policy Changes then select Request Policy Change. You can choose one of the five changes below:

  • Blanket notice of material change
  • Specific notice of material change
  • Specific waiver of subrogation
  • Blanket waiver of subrogation
  • Alternate employer endorsement

When you submit one of these policy changes through your TMO account, in most cases you’ll receive the change to download and share with your clients. You can also choose to submit a policy change not listed above by selecting Other.
