OSHA provides update on activities

During a webinar, an OSHA official provided several updates on the agency’s activities. According to the information provided, employers can expect forthcoming programmed inspections on heat-related illnesses, updates to the lockout/tagout standard and an update to the walking-working surfaces standard.

DWC plans to update claims data collection rules and forms (PDF 175KB)

DWC is proposing amendments to claims electronic data interchange rules to update its data collection methods. The organization is also releasing several new and updated forms and notices. The proposed rule will be published on December 24 and comments will be accepted until January 24, 2022.
