OSHA seeks to revoke Arizona’s State Plan status
OSHA issued a proposed rule to initiate the revocation process of Arizona’s State Plan for regulating employee’s safety and health. The agency cites a pattern of failures to adopt and enforce standards that are at least as effective as those enforced by federal OSHA. The revocation process could last months.
