Gov. Abbott reappoints Brett Flagg to Texas Mutual board

We’re pleased to share that Brett Flagg, a longtime legal professional and business leader from Frisco, has been reappointed to serve on Texas Mutual's board of directors by Gov. Greg Abbott. His new term, effective October 1, will run through July 1, 2031.

About Brett Flagg

Brett Flagg brings more than 35 years of legal experience to the table. He’s an attorney and the owner of Flagg Law Group, PC, where he focuses on estate planning, asset protection, probate and business counsel for high net-worth entrepreneurs. He holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University, plus a Master of Law in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.

But Brett’s leadership extends far beyond his legal practice. He’s deeply involved in the community, currently serving as an elder at Stonebriar Community Church and a board member for e3 Partners Ministry/I Am Second. Previously, he chaired the board at Trinity Christian Academy in Addison and served with the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and the Baptist Church Loan Corporation.
