Brittany Cullison joins Texas Mutual as new SVP

We’re happy to welcome Brittany Cullison as our first-ever senior vice president of talent and brand strategy, effective January 12. In this role, she will help align Texas Mutual’s people, brand and purpose to strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice and a trusted partner to Texas businesses.

Brittany brings a wealth of experience to her new role, along with a strong ability to drive transformation in enterprise organizations and lead both human resources and brand functions. She spent over 15 years in leadership positions at fast-growing companies, most recently serving as chief people officer at Nutrabolt, where she led global human relations, corporate communications and employer brand management.

Brittany is deeply committed to building cultures that connect people, purpose and community impact, and her collaborative approach uniquely positions her to unite and elevate the company’s brand, culture and workforce strategy.
