We’ve updated our grant process to ensure that policyholders have a smooth experience to apply for a grant from Texas Mutual. While we work to improve our systems, the invitation process will help us manage applications and prevent system issues. We will email invitations in the order policyholders sign up, so we can maintain the first-come, first-served approach. Once all funds have been allotted, we will stop sending invitations. We appreciate your understanding as we work to find the best way to distribute funds as quickly as possible.
First, you will need a TMO account to apply. If you do not have one, you’ll need to create a policyholder account. Once grants open, policyholders should request an invitation to apply by submitting the email address connected to their TMO account. We need this email address to connect their TMO account with the application portal.
No. You will need to sign in to your TMO account to apply for a grant. Your TMO account will have a link to the grant application. This link becomes active once we send your invitation. If you sign up for an invitation with a different email address, the link in your TMO account will not be activated.
Log in to your TMO account and go to Safety. On the Safety Grants tab, go to the About the Application Process section. If you signed up for an invitation, you will either see a message letting you know you can apply or that the invitation will be sent soon. If you have not signed up for an invitation, there will be a message letting you know if you still can.
You will receive a confirmation email after successfully submitting your application. You can also log in to your TMO account and visit our grants page to check your application status.
After submitting your application, our review team will communicate your acceptance or denial by email within four weeks. You can also log in to your TMO account and visit our grants page to check your application status.
