Texas Mutual systems and online services will be unavailable from 5 p.m. CST Thursday, February 2 to 8 a.m. Monday, February 6 for planned maintenance.

Thank you for your patience as we implement an important upgrade to our systems. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience from this planned downtime. This upgrade will help us to modernize our systems, which will allow us to enhance our online services to better serve our customers.

What does this mean?

You will not be able to log in to your Texas Mutual Online (TMO) account and you will not be able to contact our call center during this time. Online tools to report a claim, make a payment, report payroll, submit a wage statement and submit a quote will not be available.

What if I need to make a payment?

If you have a payment due during the downtime, we encourage you to submit it before 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 2. Payments due during the downtime will also be accepted on Monday, February 6. We will not charge late fees for payments submitted on Monday, February 6.

What if I need to report a claim?

Any claims that need to be reported during the downtime can be reported online beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, February 6. Our teams will be ready to assist you.

Policyholders and injured employees can still find in-network care through the provider directory, which can be accessed through the Find a Doctor or Pharmacy link on the texasmutual.com homepage.

Will I see any change to my online experience?

This is primarily a behind-the-scenes upgrade to optimize our systems.

  • Policyholders will not see any change to their online experience.
  • Agents will notice two enhancements when they log back into their account. They’ll experience improved load times on the agent homepage, and they’ll be able to access and work with their PEO accounts directly from the homepage.

What resources can I access?

While the login portion of our site is undergoing maintenance, you will still be able access some resources that do not require a log in, including:
