Our Large Account Program helps larger companies manage the complexities of workers’ compensation and access additional resources for long-term success. As one of our valued agents, it’s also one more tool to help you ensure exceptional service for your clients.
Large Account Program benefits
Policyholders with an annual premium of more than $100,000 are eligible for our Large Account Program, pending Texas Mutual approval. These clients receive a dedicated large account manager and other specialized services to help them stay on top of claims, safety, audits and more. Key benefits include:
- Dedicated point of contact: A large account manager who provides direct support, schedules regular check-ins and is available for questions as needed
- Hands-on guidance: Assistance with navigating Texas Mutual Online (TMO), payroll reporting and the final audit process
- Claims oversight: Regularly scheduled reviews to keep the policyholder up to date on claim status and address any issues promptly
- Comprehensive support: Help with billing, accessing loss runs, downloading safety resources and more
Beyond these services, policyholders can utilize thousands of free online safety and training resources through their TMO account, including industry-specific programs, online videos, e-Learning courses and more.

Premier accounts
Policyholders within the Large Account Program that have a premium over $400,000 are considered premier accounts. In addition to receiving the large account program benefits, these clients will receive regular safety consultations and a customized safety service plan from their dedicated safety services consultant.
