OSHA extends comment period for revision to recordkeeping rules
OSHA has granted a request to extend the comment period regarding a proposed rule that would amend the agency’s injury and illness recordkeeping rules. Among other changes, the proposal would require establishments with 100 or more employees in high-hazard industries to submit data from OSHA Forms 300 and 301. The commend period deadline has been extended to June 30.
