At Texas Mutual, our commitment goes beyond insurance. It’s about setting the standard for service, reliability and community support. Throughout 2025, we prioritized what matters most: our customers, partners and the communities we call home.

We celebrated some exciting milestones, including serving over 80,000 policyholders and their employees. Additionally, we welcomed our first-ever chief transformation officer who’s driving process and technology enhancements, as well as our new chief operating officer who’s overseeing all insurance operations to help us better support you.

Strengthening the Texas economy

We're focused on building a resilient future for Texas businesses, employees and industry partners. In 2025, we provided:

$330M in general dividends to our safety-conscious policyholders, bringing the total dividends distributed over the last three years to more than $1 billion
$4.4M in workforce development grants to fortify businesses
$2M in policyholder safety grants to help protect Texas employees
Donations to Central Texas organizations in response to the July floods as well as grants to 26 policyholders to help support recovery efforts

Helping Texans thrive is at the heart of our mission. From improving access to health care to supporting workplace safety education, here’s how we helped Texans succeed:

$4.5M in generational learning grants to support working families
$1.1M in safety education grants to fund risk management programs across the state
$1.3M investment in United Way of Greater Houston to support families and disaster preparedness
Celebrated our health affiliate, Texicare’s one-year anniversary and San Antonio launch

Along with volunteer projects throughout the year, we supported our community by:

Raising over $160,000 for United Way
Volunteering over 1,340 hours during our Month of Giving

We believe a strong Texas starts with strong professionals. In addition to investing in our own employees’ development with TXM Ignite, we focused heavily on agent and employer training this year with:

Claims, safety and final audit in-person seminars attended by over 220 employers
A new webinar series, Workers’ Comp Wednesday, attended by more than 1,400 agents
A new microlearning video series for agents, Comp Conversations
